Acceptance of a pupil

Ashfield Grammar School Mauritius requires the completion of our Admission Form duly signed by both guardians for all individual pupils.

Admission is only confirmed upon receipt of all requested documents by the school and when payment of all fees have been made.

The school reserves the right to withdraw any offer if the necessary documentation and payments have not been received in the timelines provided, or if all appropriate information has not been disclosed.

Once the registration has been completed (Completion of Application, Acceptance by Ashfield Grammar School Mauritius and Payment of all fees), the child is deemed to be enrolled at Ashfield Grammar School Mauritius.

The fees are not refundable if the child does not attend the school for any reasons.

Registration Fees

The Registration fee is an annual charge and is billed at the beginning of every school year or in the case for new pupils it will instead be the enrolment fee. The enrolment and registration fee are both non-refundable.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fees are based on the class in which the child is being placed, i.e The Nursery, Pre-Primary or Primary school.

Ashfield Grammar School Mauritius reserves the right to amend the fees. Fees quoted will be reviewed at the beginning of each school year if conditions prove necessary.

Payment Conditions

Fees are guided by our detailed table of fees.

For new student payment of fees will have to be effected to Ashfield Grammar School Mauritius before the first day of school.

Payment of school fees and any other related fees is due for every month in advance and payments need to be made before the 05th of each calendar month.

Ashfield Grammar School Mauritius will accept payments in cash, cheque or bank transfer (all bank charges will borne by the payer).

We encourage parents/guardians to contact Ashfield Grammar School Mauritius, should they be facing lateness/difficulties in payments and would like to make alternative arrangements for the school fees.

Otherwise, Ashfield Grammar School Mauritius reserves the right to take action(s) as is/are deemed appropriate.

Notice of withdrawal of a student

In the event a guardian/parent wishes to withdraw a pupil from Ashfield Grammar School Mauritius, notice of withdrawal should be received by the school in writing at least 90 calendar days before the expected departure of the student.

Right to remove a student

Ashfield Grammar School Mauritius reserves the right to require the removal or suspension of a student at any time as it is deemed necessary and justified in the interests of either the school or the student. No fees will be refunded for the student which has been removed or suspended.

Transport

Ashfield Grammar School Mauritius will not take any responsibility for agreements held between any transport service provider and parents/guardian.
